The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet (Wayfarers, #1)

One of my favorite covers of last year (actually it came out the year before but I read it last year).

  3. I love this cover! I didn't realize it was the UK cover until I saw another post compare it to the US one- the US one was pretty ugly. Glad I saw this one first!

  4. This cover is awesome - so is the title. I can't comment on the story but the book is sitting beckoning to me from my TBR pile right now.
I love how it makes the galaxy seem so big and the planet/person so small. Works really well.

  5. I must admit that the foremost reason for my wanting to pick up a copy of this book is the cover. Lol. I'm a bit of an astronomy fanatic.

  6. I love this cover so much! I've said it a thousand times already, but it really reminds me of the cover for Station Eleven for some reason -- it gives off a cool, literary sci-fi vibe. Much better than the other cover in my opinion!

  10. I adore this cover. I first heard of this book because I liked the sover when I saw it in a shop. It is just stunning and fits the book so well

  11. I love this cover! The US cover went for an "old school" adventure sci-fi feel, but I like this one more for the beauty and atmosphere.

  12. LOVE this cover! I also strongly dislike the US one. So... I bought this one. Because of course. I can't wait for it to get here, I bet it is quite lovely in person!

  13. This is such a pretty cover! I like how there's this person on it on the bottom and so much sky on view. I also like how the title is positioned. The whole cover just looks catching and great!

  14. I love the feeling it gives of our insignificance in the universe... Not perhaps conventionally beautiful or comforting but I think it is, because we can screw things up only so badly - the rest of the universe will travel on, lol. Yes, lovely cover!
