Sunday Post #500

Finally got a good steak! Had Texas Roadhouse and it was great. We spent Easter at MSU- went to take my daughter to church since she couldn't make it home, then wandered around MSU. The weather was good.

In other news 500 Sunday Post's!!

  5. 500 Sunday Posts... wow! Glad you finally got that birthday steak. We have a Texas Roadhouse here but the wait is always insane. No matter the time of day, the parking lot is packed, and there is a crowd outside waiting to get in. It's crazy. With the sheer number of restaurants here, I don't know why that one in particular stays so packed.

  12. SO AWESOME ABOUT 500 POST!

Oh, its a cold one here today. Even some snow after 80 degrees yesterday. Got to go to a cat cafe yesterday and played with some kittens, but didn't bring one home.

Stormy last night and just a chill and rain today.

Funny thing, my first day on Campus I did have a guy ask me if I did flips. That was out of the ordinary. We were just friends that occasionally drank with the others at the dorm. Actually, I think we both went for free pizza since we never got drunk. Although, I did drink more than he did. Somehow, he still makes me think of pepperoni pizza and dark beer...that was the only way I could have anchovies on my pizza. Yeap, it really is pizza weather tonight.

Oh, you do have some great covers. I am glad you got to spend some family time this Easter. Hope you are having a good weekend. Honestly, I have not drank anything today, but I just might.

    1. For your Barbie question: So true about the heads. I put her head in first in a plastic baggie then in some very very hot water..to make the head a wee bit swishy. I was afraid I would have to do it again just to put the head back on, but I worked with enough pressure and got it on. It seems the space into the head from the neck was smaller in the 90's than now.. I'm amazed how people will customize their barbies. Believe me it's not something I would do every day.

Glad you had your lovely birthday meal in the end - and thank you for a FABULOUS pulp art cover, complete with flying saucer. They don't make them like that, anymore:)).

  27. Woo on 500 Sunday Posts. I actually went through and deleted the first 200 or so. 1. After 12 years of blogging and 5-6 review posts a week my blog was getting a bit big. 2. like you said, lots of broken links etc. Your Easter sounds nice. We had an Easter Egg hunt and I cooked ham and fixings for the fam. Have a great week Greg!
