Sunday Post #527

So this was a nice week. Discovered a great comic store, spent time with my daughters, reviewed a book. New walking video. Check out 4:38 scooters everywhere.

In other news I started Outer Banks.

This week's discussion post is What Makes You Read A Book

Here is this week's lyric.
I can breathe again
I can breathe again

Here is the lyric f/ last week and the answer

Lido missed the boat that day he left the shack
But that was all he missed and he ain't coming

  2. Glad to hear you are liking OuterBanks! Oh, we have an Anime Convention this weekend. Many of my co-workers will go all weekend. But I have other things to do. And from what I hear, mostly are going to buy things. Thanks for the Boz too! It's been awhile. But he is a favorite! Also can't wait to listen to DEEP CHILL too.

Hope you have a Beautiful weekend. A perfect 76 here! Oh, going to the pumpkin patch tonight. Hopefully, we won't get up to any trouble.

    1. Oh, that bookcover looks like such a fun read! Actually, they got married back in May in Vegas but finally found the time to have a reception. It was fun with food and roasting marshmallows. It seems this place just keeps growing in the woods between the fields.

  3. Sorry wrong corpse - I hate when that happens. LOL! Hanging with the kid and comics sounds like a great way to pass the time.

  34. Sounds like a very good week!

What makes me read a book...oh lord, is there anyone harder to please than me when it comes to a book? I don't know WHAT my problem is, but if a book doesn't grab me immediately it will probably get tossed onto the DNF pile. And if it can't HOLD my interest, into the DNF pile it goes. There have been one or two exceptions where I've picked a book up, put it down, and tried again and again, but that has to be a book I am DETERMINED to read, for one reason or another. lol

  36. That does sound like a great week. I don't think I know Outer Banks. We have been watching horror movies, the new Goosebumps and The Fall of the House of Usher. Now we're watching Bodies and I'm kind of bored.
