It's holiday time! And the HoHoHo Readathon is, sadly, over. I love this readathon and a big kudos to Kimba for running it. This year I didn't do all that great but it did help jumpstart my reading, and I'm thankful for that! So, how did I do? Well, let's take a look.

I had four books on my to read list, but I only got to one of 'em. Part of the issue is I changed my mind during the week. Also some books I ordered and they didn't arrive in time- yes, I could have got them on Kindle, but planning? What's that? So I scrambled a bit. So while my results were disappointing, the good news is... I still want to read some holiday- themed mysteries through December. So I'm just going to kinda continue on and try to get to these and/ or some others. The important thing is, the readathon did jumpstart my reading a little! Here are the books I picked out- I only got to the last one unfortunately.

  7. I commend you on finding some holiday mysteries to enjoy. I always seem to read all my holiday books before this even begins.

  8. You've been naughty! 😉 But I'm sure you'll get to reading these eventually. The Christie one is a repackaging of a few short stories that were originally included in other collections - I think I've read all of them (in Italian), though I'm drawing a blank on the last one...Looking forward to your thoughts!

  9. Better than a kick in the teeth though! I'm hoping for a reading upsurge in December but I'm not betting on it!
