Escapism of the bookish sort.
When I saw Glow, I thought for sure that was a book on which the Netflix series was based lol
Ha ha!
I like the idea of scary monsters peering in at you...
Yeah that Land That Time Forgot one seems to be that way...
Oh The Complete Land that Time Forgot is definitely my favorite. I would love to have that copy on my shelf!
I love that one!
LOL, I had not even thought about it
oh I haven't seen that cover of Land that time forgot! that's my favorite on your list :)
I like it too.
I love the cover of Glow!
I like that cover too!!
I love covers with portholes! My personal favorite is The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware. I also like the ones you featured here.
Ooh that's a good one I should have used. I love it too with the rain on the porthole and the waves in the backgroun.
Oh, wow. I didn't realize so many covers had portholes on them. I love that cover for glow.
I do too and I love a good porthole cover!
Nice catch with Glow. I don't think I ever would have caught that was a porthole. I just thought it was a burst of light. For What It's Worth
Before I got a closer look at the cover for Live and Let Live, I thought the guy was a peeping tom, which I thought was really weird, haha!~Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum
Wow, great choice with Glow! Despite the fact that I've seen the cover dozens of times, I never actually realized that it featured a porthole.
There's the Charlie Chan cover again! I love porthole covers. Live and Let Die is really good too. The guy peeking through looks up to no good.
I'm digging that Charlie Chan one. Glow was a good call.
Interesting topic, not one I would have a cover that popped right into my head. Out of this list I think Glow is my favorite.
What a weird and unique rogue topic! Love it!Thanks for joining in last week!Cover Characteristics
