This week is Most Anticipated Releases for the Second Half of the year. This was actually kind of tough as I've been slacking on my TBR'ing lately, including keeping track of new releases. I decided to go with a list of books I want to read next. There will be some overlap since Summer TBR was just a couple weeks ago, but I'm pressed for time so here is... my list of books I want to read SOON.

A Good Girl's Guide to Murder (A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, #1)

GOOD GIRLS LIE final.jpg

Fractures (Echoes, #2)

Songs from the Deep

The Perfect Wife

Five Total Strangers

I Killed Zoe Spanos

Love & Olives (Love & Gelato, #3)

Sunday Post #356

What a gorgeous week! The weather here has been really nice (although it got stormy tonight). How has your week been?

I'm really disappointed about how things are going with the virus right now. Everyone just seems to be out and about and mask wearing seems so... hit or miss? My neighbor who always has garage sales had one the last two days and I didn't see anyone wearing masks. Granted, it's outside, but still... people close together. Sigh... I was feeling really hopeful as things got better and we slowly started reopening, but... now it feels like March again? Also- we had this.

In more hopeful news I found this really inspiring.

2) Thank whoever nominated you and include a link to their blog.

5) Nominate 10-20 people

6) Notify your nominees

7) Ask your nominees any five questions of your choice, specifying one weird/ funny question.

8) Share a link to you best post(s).

Three Things About Me

1) I could eat pizza daily.

2) I sometimes have a book on my TBR for months, and then when it comes out- I change my mind.

3) I love mid 70's model Corvettes- black, silver or metallic blue.

Sarah's questions

1) Is there any book you have collected multiple copies/ editions of, and if so what makes that particular book so special to you?

Yess I used to collect multiple editions of science fiction books. Whenever I was in a used bookstore if I saw a cool new edition or cover I hadn't seen before I'd snap it up...

2) If there any book or series you could rewrite the ending to, which one and why?

I don't even know. Maybe A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin? I mean, it needs an ending, let alone a rewritten ending lolol, but some ending would be peachy.

3) Do you prefer stand-alones or a series?

I guess series. I love a good stand- alone or even a two- book series but honestly, a long series is the bomb.

4) What is your favorite hobby outside of reading?

Blogging I suppose? It must be since I do it so much. :)

5) Are you more likely to pick up a newly released super- hyped book, or do you wait until the furor has died down before giving it a try?

It depends. Sometimes I grab that bad boy (like, honestly, a new Karen McManus release I'm gonna be all over- right Sarah????) but otherwise sometimes I wait? It just depends on my mood since I am in the mood for different things.

My Best Post

I Nominate

Whoever wants to do it!

My Questions

1) Pizza or Chinese food?

2) If you could be a shifter what kind would you wanna be?

3) If you could have the answer to one question- what would it be?

4) Favorite season

5) Favorite fictional family or relationship

This week is a special Top Ten anniversary post and I decided to go with Top Ten Books Set In Other Countries. It just looked like a good topic. This won't be my top ten of ever necessarily, since that would take time to produce, but rather these are just ten books that came to mind as I was perusing my shelves or online. They're all books I've read.

A School for Unusual Girls (Stranje House, #1)

The Blue

Killing November

I Found You

Love & Gelato (Love & Gelato, #1)

Love & Olives (Love & Gelato, #3)

What She Saw

Wreck

After the Lights Go Out
