  2. I haven't read any of these, but they all sound really interesting, especially The Sword of Shannara. I haven't read any of Terry Brooks' novels yet. He's been on my TBR for a long time, though. Someday.

  8. I STILL have to read The Long Way to a small angry planet. Tolkien as comfort reads..... Hmmm - okay! I have a couple of students who will agree full heartedly with you!

  10. Ooh nice ones! These are all new to me ones. I found it hard to pick specific titles, so I went for "types" of books or certain traits myself.

  22. I keep hearing how Becky Chambers writes "cozy sci-fi" I typically don't really care for that genre, but maybe I'll like her books?

  24. I've never read anything by Tolkien, but know LOTS of people love those stories and the films, too. :) Pretty sure I'd be way too intimidated. Thanks a bunch for visiting Finding Wonderland.

  26. Someone recommended Terry Brooks to me recently. I haven't read that Tolkien book. I've only read the Hobbit and LOTR, but I'd love to read more.

  28. I haven't read Tolkien's unfinished tales, but I really want to. :) I've read his other books though, like LOTR and The Hobbit.

  32. I have a Terry Brooks book on my Kindle but haven't read it yet, I seem to collect deals and then get backlogged.
    You mentioned linking up with British Isles Friday sometime and I wanted to tell you that you don't have to post on a Friday. As I just linked up that made me thinkn about it.
