This week is Resolutions/ Hopes for 2021 but I'm going rogue since it's Vintage SciFi Month! In lieu of this weeks topic I present to you- some of my favorite vintage SF covers!

  1. One of the things I love about this blog is that your not afraid to do your own thing, and it works. Some wonderful covers here, I especially like the one for When the Green star Calls, I wonder if its a good read.

  2. These are quite something! I've never read Vintage Scifi, except maybe A Voyage to Arcturus, if that counts. It was one of the weirdest books I've ever read. These would probably compete.

  7. I once had a fantastic collection of old science fiction books. It got to be too much, though, so I hauled them all away!

  11. Okay Greg, whatever blows your hair back (do people actually still say that, or are we just giving away our ages here?)

How many comics do you have and are they insured? Think you need to do a discussion post on that!

  25. I went rogue, too! No resolutions to fail to keep this year! I wonder what Vintage SciFi Month is all about...I just signed up for the (virtual) Arisia science fiction and fantasy conference (Boston area) for the first time because a writer friend is on a couple of panels this weekend.

  26. Ah, love these vintage covers! (Incidentally, whenever I see Ganymede, in my head I *only* hear it in a Bobbie Draper accent. Which... is weird.)I think When the Green Star Calls is my favorite (also the title itself is cool!) but they are all great!
