Cover Love Covers That Tell A Story

 
Alright so the stuff going on here in the cover are NOT in the story. There is no crazed manta ray blasting the sub, there is no bathysphere (or whatev) but... lotsa prehistoric mayhem. If you want to read my review you can find that here.

    This is false advertising. If I pick up a book that has a laser-shooting manta ray on the cover, I want a laser-shooting manta ray in the book! :-P It's fun though.

    Truly an epic cover. Thanks for your review too! It makes me think of Land of the Lost TV series. Very cool art even if it has nothing to really do with the story.

    I think we learned from The Land Before Time that t-rexes die in water. If you drop big rocks on them.

    Loved the cover. I know a book that has someone riding on a manta ray on the cover and in the book.
