Oooh I had never noticed the tagline of this before, and it definitely makes me want to read it more! I think I assumed it was just a run of the mill contemporary (because I never read synopses, basically hah), but now I definitely am curious! Great find!
It's an attention-getting tagline because if she can only save one, which one is she going to save? But Karen's comment was right, characters usually end up finding a way to save everyone anyway LOL.
I read the tagline on this one and it's apparently a choice between her best friend and boyfriend? And yeah I hope she does have to make a choice and it doesn't get some cutesy ending?
Okay this made me jump over to Goodreads ASAP to read the synopsis. It sounds really interesting! I'm glad you shared this because now I'm super curious and want to read this now!
That tagline definitely makes me wonder what the book is about! And that cover is very striking.
ReplyDeleteAwesome cover and tagline!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if it's true though - they usually find a way to save everyone lol
