This week I'm working on
Love the cover of Behind the Shattered Glass...and I simply MUST read an Agatha Christie...I can't believe I haven't yet!
ReplyDeleteHere's MY WEEKLY SUNDAY/MONDAY UPDATES
I like it too... it was the cover and blurb that kinda hooked me and then I tried the first one in the series... now I want to read them in order so it will probably be a while before I get to this one! And I have not read nearly enough christie either- read some as a kid and remember almost nothing!
DeleteI am looking forward to Behind the Shatter Glass. I enjoyed Conspiracy and Agatha is always a win! Enjoy and have a lovely week Greg!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know there was a new Tasha Alexander book. It looks really good. I know I read the Agatha Christie book years ago, but have no memory of the plot! Cats at Sea looks cute. Have a great week.
ReplyDeleteI know there's better known Christie's but I wanted to read something in tune w/ the season. :) Looking forward to it... you have great week too!
DeleteNice haul. The conspiracy of Alchemy is really good. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jenea, I liked the look of it, a total impulse buy. :)
DeleteAnton and Cecil does look cute. And I really, really need to start the Tasha Alexander mysteries... one of these days. Thanks for stopping by today, and have fun with all your new books!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lark, I haven't read an MG in a while and the cat one looked good. I saw a good review too, so why not? :)
DeleteThe Conspiracy of Alchemists looks cool. You got some great books this week.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
You too! Yeah I'm hoping to like that one!
DeleteNice haul! I'm curious about Conspiracy of Alchemy, haven't heard of it but the cover is interesting. And I'm looking forward to Behind the Shattered Glass too :-)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week!
Thanks Berls! I'm curious about Conspiracy too, I've heard mixed things so I'll give it a shot. :) And Shattered Glass I want to read, but I'm going to make myself wait until I read the previous ones.
DeleteNice haul, enjoy. I haven't seen that Agatha Christy book before but it looks like a perfect seasonal read :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Trish. I had not seen it either until I decided to read a Christie, and it seemed perfect for this time of year. :)
DeleteI haven't heard of the Tasha Alexander series, but they look intriguing. So does A Conspiracy of Alchemists. I can't resist a book that has the Eiffel Tower on the cover!
ReplyDeleteYeah the cover for that one kinda jumped out at me. Some steampunk I like, some I don't- this one is OK so far.
DeleteI read the first Lady Emily book and need to get back to it! Have a great reading week.
ReplyDeleteYou too Nise, thank you for stopping.
DeleteThe Conspiracy book looks good. I saw it on a few blogs a while back. I have yet to read a review of it. Hope you enjoy it.
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura, hope you're having a great Tuesday. I should have a review of it up soon.
DeleteConspiracy is a book that's been on my tbr for a while now, but I haven't found a copy to read yet. This is the first I'm seeing of the Agatha Christie book, but I love her mysteries so it should be a fun read. I hope you enjoy your week.
ReplyDeleteYou too Michelle. I've actually had Conspiracy on the shelf for a few weeks and thought I would give it a go. I'm sorta shuffling back and forth between books at the moment... :)
DeleteHaven't read that Agatha Christie but looks appropriate for the season. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteYeah I thought so :) Thanks for stopping Rita.
