This week is Top Ten books released in the last ten years. Wow- only ten? That's a toughie.
I feel like I've seen some of Lisa Jewell's books on lists or maybe Goodreads, but don't think I've read anything about them. I know I've seen some of Suzanne's books around, too, but again, haven't read much about them although this cover/title looks really familiar. Happy Top Ten Tuesday!!
ReplyDeleteThe Long Way and All Systems Red were great yes <3
ReplyDeleteI still need to read The Extinction Trials! I'm a bit behind in Kelley's books too, though I think I just need to read this year's release!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I have never kept track of publication date, so trying to do something like this would be a LOT of work. Plus, in the last couple of years I have tended to stay away from new releases until all the fandom has died down and the real reviews start rolling in.

You have so many I own and want to read up there. I need to push to get tot them!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised to see many on the ones on this list. In fact, I've added several of these to my wishlist in the past because I've seen your reviews here. I am finally going to have to make time for The Shark Club since I'm really curious and I see it here all the time. I may be missing out on a new favorite.
ReplyDeleteThere are several books on your list that I still need to read, Becky Chambers' series and Martha Wells' too. Thanks for reminding me!
ReplyDeleteI love anything by Lisa Jewell. Great choices Greg!
ReplyDeleteI knew I would see GoT on your list :) I still need to read the Extinction Trials books.
ReplyDeleteSo many great books on this list! I still need to get around to checking out Becky Chambers' books.
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing such complimentary things about All Systems Red. The fact that you liked it, too, makes me think I should bump it up closer to the top of my TBR. :)
ReplyDeleteMy TTT.
Great list! I love The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet and I really enjoyed Record of a Spaceborn Few, too. I need to check out All Systems Red!
ReplyDeleteI'm so horrible at remembering what I've read lol I'd have to dig deep into the Goodreads shelves to recall.

So sad that only the last GoT book is even eligible for this list, and then, just barely. And we're still waiting for Winds of Winter!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you liked A Dance with Dragons. Have you read the rest of George R.R. Martin's books yet?
ReplyDeleteHere is our Top Ten Tuesday.
These all have such gorgeous covers and I really need to read the Lisa Jewell. I really enjoyed the one book I've read by her but I haven't read that one yet.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to read Girls With Sharp Sticks. Awesome list.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard of the Shark Club but it sounds like an interesting title.
ReplyDeleteStarting a new TBR list...everyone's favorites! Thanks for sharing and for visiting my blog. My 10 years of favorites
ReplyDeleteI do recognize some of your favorites indeed Greg!
ReplyDeleteI was a fan of Bad Girls. That book was twisted and dark and so well written.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fabulous set of books to check out!! All Systems Red is going on my reading wishlist.

I swear I am going to read Becky Chambers this year, mostly because you rave about her books all the time!
ReplyDeleteAll of these are on my TBR so I'm thrilled to see them all on your favorites list.
ReplyDeleteI need to read Record of a Space Born Few soon!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read any of these but I want to read Girls With Sharp Sticks and The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet!
ReplyDeleteA lot of these books featured in my "best of" lists at the end of the year they were released, like Becky Chambers, Kelley Armstrong. It was so hard to choose only one per year! Fantastic list here!

Great list. I've said a million times I need to get to Extinction Trials and am reminded everytime I go on your blog! I also really want to read All Systems Red soon!

I really enjoyed A Dance With Dragons, The Murderbot Diaries and The Extinction Trials!
ReplyDeleteI've heard that Kelley Armstrong has some amazing mystery/thriller novels! I've only read her YA paranormal series so far and they were awesome. Next time I'm in the mood for a mystery I'll consider her books :)
ReplyDeleteI can't believe A Dance with Dragons was released 8 years ago and we still don't have The Winds of Winter 😠 Haha other than that great list ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm curious about The Extinction Trials... It's not my usual type of book but I'm drawn to the series. Maybe one day!
ReplyDeleteAs much as I love Lisa Jewell, I still haven’t picked up The Girls in the Garden. Definitely need to do that soon!
ReplyDeleteI have to start reading more of the murderbot series. I have read the first and really enjoyed it. It might be time for me to get the second in line and finish them.
ReplyDeleteMary
I need to read A Long Way to a Small Angry Planet. I've seen it on so many lists!
ReplyDeleteYou know I agree with the Becky Chambers books! I am going to be reading the Martha Wells books for SciFi November. 👍✨
ReplyDeleteYour recommendations about The Extinction Trials were spot on, I really need to read Becky Chambers soon XD
ReplyDeleteFunny that I knew those Becky Chambers books would be on your list! :) I'm reading Spaceborn Few right now.
ReplyDeleteOooh I have Bad Girls with Perfect Faces!! I maybe should bump it up on my TBR
ReplyDeleteThis was such a toughie indeed! Great list - a couple that I will definitely check out and so good to see Becky Chambers made the list twice.
ReplyDeleteLynn :D
Yikes, choosing only 10 books from 10 years of publishing would be tough! I think I could've guessed some of these for you though :-P
