Sunday Post #28/ It's Monday. What Are You Reading?

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer.
It's Monday! What Are You Reading is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.

Last week flew by and again reading time was at a premium. I have a bunch of new reads but I'm reading several at once, plus real life keeps intruding, so it was another slow week review- wise. I did get a review up for Alliance (the next Paladin Prophecy book). I can't recommend this book enough, or the first one for that matter. If you like YA stories with boarding schools and eerie threats, you should check this out. My book haul is largely the same as last week, but I have a few new additions.

LAST WEEK ON THE BLOG

Friday                 Review: Alliance (Paladin Prophecy #2)
Tuesday            Tuesday Tunes

Sunday              Sunday Post #27/ It's Monday. What Are You Reading?

THIS WEEK ON THE BLOG

Tuesday           Tuesday Tunes
TBD                  Project Pegasus TPB review
TBD                  Review- Mulled Murder or The Rule of Three

CURRENTLY READING

Mulled Murder The Rule of Three

Yes, I'm still reading Mulled Murder. Alliance took over and was awesome, I hope to finish MM this week. Unless The Rule of Three takes over. Seriously though, Mulled Murder is good and I'm looking forward to reviewing it, but the action-y stuff is sorta taking over.

NEW THIS WEEK

 No Safety in Numbers

No Safety In Numbers- chaos in a mall after a biological bomb is found. I've seen mixed reviews for this so don't know if it'll be good, but I'll give it a shot.

AROUND THE BLOGOSPHERE

For those who missed it- here is the Game of Thrones trailer for season 4. It looks pretty good.

  1. I'm so excited about Game of Thrones!

I'm like you, I usually have a few books on the go at any one time, so it can mean there's not time to blog!

Enjoy your week, hope it's a little less busy for you.

    1. Thanks Sarah, I have to say GoT does look good. I'm really fond of book 3 though, and since they're still in that book I think there's some good stuff coming up. I only carry HBO at GoT time so I'll have to resubscribe a little closer to April. :)

And yes, picking which book to pick up has been a challenge lately! :)

Are you going to watch that new show on Starz? Black Sails? Really looking forward to that one also.
Rob Stark is on a new show on Discovery Channel called Klondike (so excited to see him again)(I'm aware that's not his real name lol)

You got some great books! ENJOY!!!

    Have a great week!

    1. Me too, I complain about the show sometimes but I have to say that trailer rocks. I haven't seen anything on Black Sails, sounds intriguing though I'll head over to Youtube and check it out.

It should be fun as time goes on to see the GoT stars show up in other programs. You have an awesome week too!!

  9. YES! I'm so excited for the new season of The Games of Thrones. I've got to re-watch season 3 before it's time but I've got plenty of time before it starts so that's good. Adorable Pride & Prejudice engagement photos.

  13. That's why I tend to only read one book at a time... One is always going to draw in you in more than the other. I also really like the sound of The Treachery of Beautiful Things - I'll be looking in to that one!
    Happy Reading!

    1. I usually only read one at a time too... not sure how I let myself get so many going at once. Argh!

Good luck with Treachery- I think that's going to be a good one.
