So we have an invisible wall cutting off access to the outside world, a huge sperm- thing in a cornfield, and a horde of homicidal cloned "girls" running amuck. You now know everything you need to know going into Girls #7. The townsfolk are trying to evacuate but obviously the barrier. To make matters worse, the bridge starts to collapse and several people fall into the river far below. Yikes! There is, of course, a stampede to get off the bridge as sections of it continue to collapse.
Taylor barely makes it but several more folks fall in. They are still trying to absorb the horror of this when the "girls" come out of the woods and start attacking! They're not playing around either- they don't have weapons but they just whale on people and some girl named Dora gets part of her hair pulled out. Ow. Everyone runs and makes for the McCallister place, but Lester doesn't make it. The "girls" catch up to him and it looks like he's toast. I thought they weren't killing the men though?
Hold that thought.
Interestingly, Wes keeps running instead of going back for Lester. Anyway the rest of the people stagger to McCallister's and attempt to regroup. People are coming to grips with the panic that set in, and how chaotic everything was. Kenny peed his pants in the confusion, one of his children helpfully points out, and the kids in general are frightened. Taylor finds Ethan and they have a conversation, just as he's about to tell her something a crisis breaks out. The McCallisters are going to leave and Wes has to stop them, he doesn't want anyone leaving and besides, he figures they might need the vehicle.
But wait! Lester shows up! He made it. How though?
Lol this graphic novel is soooo weird? I don't even know. I finished it but I think I lost the point. Haha I don't know why we needed hot homicidal naked women and a giant sperm in a corn field. Keen to see your thoughts on this moving forward 😂
ReplyDeleteThis has got to be the most bizarre comic I've seen, I'm going to have to track down a copy, it's just too weird and I'm digging it 🤣
ReplyDeleteA huge sperm thing in a cornfield...that just sounds all kinds of wrong. lol
ReplyDeleteI get such a kick out of updates on this one. It seems seriously weird. LOL
ReplyDeleteStill bananas but tame in comparison to earlier ones. Sort of. lol

I love these uodates. 😁
ReplyDeleteYour summaries for these are incredibly amusing. I can't even with that giant sperm-thing in the cornfield.
ReplyDeleteI mean, where would we be without the bridge-section-collapses trope? ;)
