There, opening up before them, was an emerald- green lagoon framed by dramatic pinnacles rising out of the water. A serene white- sand beach curved between the pinnacles, backed by an impenetrable forest.
Hmmm, I don't know what the book is about, Greg, but it sounds a little sinister! I like the idea of white sand beaches though...lol.

I've been intrigued by this one since I first started seeing the eye catching cover. I love the teaser! Definitely gives you a sense of place.
