This week is Most Anticipated Releases for the Second Half of the year. This was actually kind of tough as I've been slacking on my TBR'ing lately, including keeping track of new releases. I decided to go with a list of books I want to read next. There will be some overlap since Summer TBR was just a couple weeks ago, but I'm pressed for time so here is... my list of books I want to read SOON.
I have the first book by Holly in her Girl's mystery series, but haven't read it, and despite owning two by her, I still haven't read Jenna's books! Must. Remedy. Soon. :)
ReplyDeleteOooo that Becky Chambers looks really interesting! Hurriedly adding to my TBR as I read these lists! Thanks for sharing and Happy TTT!

Okay but Greg, I might have said this a hundred thousand times before, but you really need to read To Be Taught!
ReplyDeleteI like the sound of Love and Olives!
ReplyDeleteI agree with Annemieke!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT .
I listened to the audiobooks of Love & Gelator and Love & Luck and I loved both!! So I'm really hyped for Love & Olives!! I've been seeing I Killed Zoe Spanos so I might check that out as well :)
ReplyDeleteI want to read Love and Olives too! I hope you love all your upcoming reads.
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I feel like a broken record saying I want to read quite a lot of these as well coz I say that every time and for the same books too 😂 What are we to do?! Also, LOL that tag line 🤣
ReplyDeleteLove and Olives sounds so good, I hope to read it soon as well :)
ReplyDeleteLove & Olives made my list too. I adore traveling with Welch. And, I hope you get to Good Girl's Guide. It was SO GOOD!
ReplyDeleteI want to read I Killed Zoe Spanos and Five Total Strangers as well!

Some new-to-me titles here, and an eclectic list! You've inspired me to see if I can do a Top Ten for the first time. I realized I've only been doing Weekend Cooking and It's Monday, What Are You Reading posts for months now!
ReplyDeleteLove & Olives sounds cute! I hope you enjoy it!
ReplyDeleteI just finished Good Girls Lie and it's awesome! :)

The Perfect Wife sounds intriguing. Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteI hate to wait a long while on the library waiting list for A GIRL'S GUIDE TO MURDER, but it was worth it. I enjoyed the book a lot. I hope you do, too!
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
Love and Olives and the Perfect Wife are on my next list!
ReplyDeleteWhat on earth is going on with that first cover
ReplyDeleteThe cover of Songs From the Deep is gorgeous! Happy reading! xo
ReplyDeleteHere's my Top Ten Tuesday
I have been struggling with the reading pile so I haven't been looking that far ahead though I know I have one or two new releases that will be must reads. Love and Olives caught my eye so I'll have to check it out.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy all these!
The Perfect Wife has been on quite a few lists lately! Here's my TTT list.
ReplyDeleteGreat list! I'd really like to try A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, too.
ReplyDeleteI also haven't been keeping up with upcoming releases as much! So much stuff has been getting pushed back that it just gets confusing.
ReplyDeleteI just finished I Killed Zoe Spanos and thought it was pretty good.
ReplyDeleteI have really hesitated to read The Perfect Wife. Let me know what you think
ReplyDeleteI am loving the cover for Five Total Strangers -- it looks so desolate and desperate
ReplyDeleteI still haven't read anything by Welch but her books look so sweet and fun.
ReplyDeleteHonestly A Good Girl's Guide is also on my list to read the incoming months!
ReplyDeleteNeat list. Not my usual reading fare, but these covers are great and The Perfect Wife sounds like something I sound read. Hope you scoop all these up and read them.
ReplyDeleteA Good Girl's Guide to Murder is so good! And I am also hoping to read Zoe Spanos soon! Looks like you have a great list of upcoming reads!
ReplyDelete'Muder in the dope racket' is definitely not one you see everyday! Songs from the Deep is one I'd still like to read as well, and Five Total Strangers also looks really good! I hope you get a chance to read these. :)
ReplyDeleteI haven't read To Be Taught yet, either. 😯
ReplyDeleteI forgot about Love and Olives - I think that does come out this summer! Zoe Spanos was also a fun summer read!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read more of Becky Chambers!
ReplyDeleteLauren @ Always Me
I've seen Songs from the Deep pop up quite often among your "oh, I want to read those books soon but I haven't been able to make the time yet" lists LOL.
ReplyDeleteI never keep up with upcoming releases and most are political offerings I've heard about on the news!
ReplyDeleteFractures has a really good cover.
