Neal Adams 13 Tarzan At The Earths Core Cover

Tarzan at the Earth's Core. I absolutely loved all these Hollow Earth type stories as a kid.

Now granted, the Neal Adams book cover above had not been painted yet when the movie came out, so maybe Adams was inspired in part by the movie?

    I loved the first Tarzan book, and still want to read some of the others. I own the second one, but have I read it yet? No. Maybe someday soon. ;D And these Tarzan covers are always a lot of fun.

    I loved the Tarzan books. The illustration looks like another cartoon illustrator who did SyFy and fantasy art. Now I will wonder about that for the day!

    Read both the stories separately as a kid. Tarzan was one and the other story was about the Roc.

    Very interesting to learn about the art and the movie. Yes, that cover is a keeper! It definitely makes you want to read that book to find out more...so it was genius to have a cover like this at the time. 💕🌸🌸❤️💕 Hope your June is going well. I actually got drenched in the rain yesterday. That hasn't happened in ages! Also it dampened a new book I had just got from the library too. But I stuck it in front of the fan and I think it will be OK. Really, it was good to be caught up in a hard rain that lasted pretty good while. Happy Friday! & all the best to your writing!
