Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week a new Top Ten list will be posted. Everyone is welcome to join. Link back so everyone can check out other bloggers' lists. It's a fun way to get to know fellow bloggers.
This week is Top Ten Bookish Events/ Festivals I'd like to attend. I thought about this one and wasn't sure which way to take it but decided to go with places I'd like to visit, either for a festival or just because. Most of these, like the Shire, would be fabulous places for a gathering, of course, while others are more of a destination in themselves.
The 100 Aker Wood
Jurassic Park??
This just looks festive?
Dinotopia would be amazing.
And last but not least- how about a resort devoted to books?
Haha I definitely think I'd like to hang out on the cover of Summer Days and Summer Nights!
ReplyDeleteI, too, want to be wherever Harley Quinn is.

Great list! I would love to go to The Shire, the only problem being that I wouldn't want to leave...
ReplyDeleteI'd like to be in the Shire for breakfast and morning tea!
ReplyDeleteDon't forget second breakfast!
DeleteLove that gif of the LOTR map! My TTT
ReplyDeleteThe Shire with all that food and drink would be fantastic!
ReplyDeleteGreat picks! I love the Shire and Rivendell!
ReplyDeleteIf they could fix all the problems at Jurassic Park, that would be an awesome place to go!
ReplyDeleteLove love love this list! 'Wherever Harley is' LOL
ReplyDeleteHere's my Top Ten Tuesday post.
Rivendell for sure! That would be amazing. I could live there.
ReplyDeleteA resort devoted for books would be awesome! And yes, the 100 Acre Wood. I'd go there for sure!

Count me in for Hundred Acre Wood. I would love to spend some time there, have an adventure, a smackerel of honey, and then a nap. :)
ReplyDeleteThe 100 Acre Woods would be such a lovely place to visit.
ReplyDeleteMy TTT .
You actually can... or at least, you can visit the real wood it's modeled on, and play Poohsticks at the (rebuilt) Poohsticks Bridge. (Or at least you could when we were there in 2002.)

DeletePops!! Although getting out of Pops alive is only about a 50/50 chance, lol.
ReplyDeleteOh how fun, I loved this post and you totally reminded me that I use to love reading Richards. I have no idea why I stopped. I might need to see if I can find one of her books to read. I do love a good mystery this time of year.
ReplyDeleteGood take on the topic!

I could settle down in the Shire and live the life a simplicity and peace. http://pmprescott.blogspot.com/2020/07/todays-topic-is-book-eventsfestivals-id.html
ReplyDeleteRivendell would be my first choice, followed by The Shire. I bet they have amazing food. Great picks!!
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
I would LOVE to hang out in the enchanted neighbourhood deep in the Hundred Acre Wood!
ReplyDeleteHere's my TTT list this week.
You could definitely plop me down in the 100 acre woods!
ReplyDeleteOut in nature with talking animals is the dream lol

Fun take on this week's theme! I'd love to hang out in the Shire for Elevenses, take a ride through Jurassic Park, and maybe nap in the hundred acre wood. :D
ReplyDeleteHaha, wherever Harley is would definitely be a lot of fun! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd really love to visit the Shire or Rivendell, for sure!
There are a lot of cool fictional worlds out there, but I only want to go to the calm parts. The Shire and the Hundred Acre Wood are high on my list.
ReplyDeleteI think I'll skip any place with dinosaurs ... especially Jurassic Park! Yikes.
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT!
You have so many great places on your list! Yes to Rivendell, The Shire, and 100 Aker Wood. A resort devoted to books sounds great too. Here is our Top Ten Tuesday.
ReplyDeleteSome of these would be just lovely! Rivendell, the Shire, the 100 Acre Wood (I've been to the real one)... I think I will pass on Jurassic Park, though. And I'm only going to Mos Eisley with a guide and a substantial bodyguard.
ReplyDeleteWhat I wouldn't give to be able to go to Middle-Earth or Narnia!
ReplyDeleteI love your spin on this! I would love the visit 100 Acre Wood and the Shire and there are so many cozy mystery settings that I'd love to visit (without the murder of course!)
ReplyDeleteI would love to go to the Hundred Acre Wood too, but mainly to just cuddle with Pooh all day because I love him so much.
ReplyDeleteAhhh, those all sound so fun! I miss doing things :(
ReplyDeleteOops that was me. I was logged in under the wrong email!
ReplyDeleteJurassic Park, but you know only if there's a 100% chance of not getting eaten or otherwise killed! :D
ReplyDeleteLauren @ Always Me
I think I'll skip Jurassic Park, but I would so go visit Winnie the pooh!
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of being chased by dinosaurs, but I love that you put it on this list! Which also -- such a good idea for a TTT, Greg! I might steal it for one of my own when I am stuck -- it really made me recall some fon memories of some previous books I've read!'
ReplyDeleteJurassic Park is still one of my favorites.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great list. I should have done something like this because this was a hard topic for me. HARLEY!! <3<3
ReplyDeleteThese all sound great, especially Rivendell, the Shire, and Mos Eisley.
ReplyDeleteThe Shire would be awesome! I'd be down for that. :)
ReplyDeletePops! Ahh!! All of these are great picks to be honest but I'm living for the reference to Pops!
ReplyDeleteDinotopia would be fab! I AGREE! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍✨
