This week I'm looking at Rio by Duran Duran. This one, like most of their stuff, is fun, and even if the lyrics don't make a lot of sense, that's okay. The fun factor just wins out.

I feel like there are A LOT of songs out there with lyrics that don't make any sense, at least not to anyone but the people who wrote them lol. But the songs can still be good!
ReplyDeleteDuran Duran is all kinds of fun and I have to agree, a lot of 80s songs didn't always make the most sense. You know, I'm not sure how I sing this song but I'm pretty sure I never mention lawmen...who knew?
