I always get wary when an ad says this book is like two of my favourite books! I loved The Hunger Games and Jurassic Park so can a single book live up to that? Not so sure. Might need to research this book a bit more to find out...
I know, I do too! I have a feeling this one won't be at THAT level (I've started it and it's okay so far) but the dino- and the cool map- have me hooked. :)
Ha ha I ordered it sight unseen (well not entirely- I read the amazon sample and the cool map also got me) but it was the cover that told me I wanted this even if it isn't any good. :)
I LOVE this tagline! Actually, you've just convinced me that I cannot wait any longer to buy this book. Because it's only $8, and I have bought zero books this year.

ReplyDeleteI like the tagline a lot, but I'm not a big fan of the blurb. Generally I'm wary of comparisons to heavy-hitters like The Hunger Games...
