This weeks Spotlight is Panic by Lauren Oliver. I just like this cover, not sure why- but between it and the title I was wondering what this was about every time I saw it. So I guess it's effective in that sense.
So I LOVE the cover. And I enjoyed the book. But I don't think that the cover really connects to the book at all. Like I said, I still definitely enjoyed the book, but it isn't about just that one girl! There's like, 4 main characters, which is why the ONE random girl never made sense to me haha.
The cover for Panic is impressive! This one was definitely a huge favourite Lauren Oliver book for me. I hope that you enjoy it if you do decide to read it! :)
It is a striking cover but it hasn't made me bump it up my TBR pile!!!

ReplyDeleteIt's a good cover! I like how "bright" it is even with the background being pure black.
