Merry Christmas! I hope everyone who celebrates had a wonderful holiday. It was nice here and we had  a quiet day. I enjoyed being home for the holiday- not by choice, of course, but oddly enough I didn't mind missing the big family gathering. We were still able to see each other over Skype and it was just nice being home. The meatballs were a hit and a bottle of Moscato went along with nicely.

Oh, and we have Disney+ now.

  3. Hooray for Christmas meatballs! I had no doubts they would be a hit. My daughter was so all over Disney+ when it came out. She loves it, as she loves all streaming services. It's nice you all Skyped.

  4. Merry Christmas, Greg! We also stayed at home and I LOVED it. Not having to travel and all the stress that comes with extended family, it was a nice change of pace😁

  5. Happy Christmas, Greg! Glad you had a good day.

I like Disney+ a lot but I'm super excited for Disney+ in 2021 with all the Marvel shows FINALLY getting their release dates!

  7. Glad to hear the Christmas dinner was a success! And frankly...it's just nice to be able to stay home and have a cozy day sometimes...though it took a pandemic for some of us to realise. The sad thing is, there must have been lots of people who spent Christmas alone this year, and not everyone is techno-savvy enough to get in touch with their loved ones that way. Happy holidays again!

    Waterfall House is amazing!

  12. I'm glad you had a nice, peaceful Christmas, Greg. It was the same here, just us, the kids and the dogs. But it was so nice. We had some great food, listened to music, chatted and just had a wonderful time.
Here's to a fantastic last week of 2020!

  13. Looks like a nice, quiet Christmas, the equivalent of what we had here with my partner. We'll celebrate tomorrow, mid -holidays, with my daughters and my elder daughter's boyfriend. Thanks for the videos, as always, and the great pictures of starry skies :)

  14. Isn't Nancy Drew suppose to be blond? But those pics are lovely!

Glad you had a good Christmas Greg. Amazing how technology can still help to have everybody "together".

    Have a good week!

  15. Glad to hear it was a good Christmas, Greg. Lowkey seems to be a common theme for so many of us. Not sure a bad thing. Glad the meatballs were a hit. I mean, how can you go wrong with meatballs? :) Love the campfire on a beach sounds. So soothing.

  16. I'm glad you had a good Christmas. We Zoomed with our families, and that was really nice. We also looked at Christmas lights online.

Yes, weird Christmas, but also a nice one.

  17. My family isn't really that big so we all managed to get together on Christmas Eve (except for one cousin, but we were okay with that..drama queen!) :)

Glad you had a great Christmas and enjoy Disney+,

  25. We had a very subdued holiday as well, but I was happy for it being worn down by work! Glad to hear your meatballs were a hit, and yes, Moscato would be a welcome addition!

I've seen The Mandolorian around and heard a lot love it. I'll have to give a try sometime. I've actually had a fire on the beach just north (Cannon Beach) of Second Beach (the fire you have on YouTube) back in May! It's on the coast of Oregon and it was so lovely! Makes me long to go back! Have a lovely New Year, Greg! :)

  27. Disney plus is great! There are some really cute short films on there, too. I like to watch all the oldies, haha. I love those Nancy Drew prints. I was (and still am) such a huge fan of Nancy Drew as a young girl. I read whatever Nancy Drew book I could get my little hands on. πŸ˜‚ I hope you have a wonderful day and a lovely remainder of 2020... and that 2021 is full of happiness, love and laughter!

  33. Glad you had a nice Christmas! I was bummed about the lack of family gathering, but also I only have to go for an afternoon, so I assume that makes a difference! I also really need to live in that Waterfall house. SO pretty!

  41. Merry Christmas!!

It was weird to be home this year, just our family, but not too bad either. Wyatt loved being able to just play with all of his toys all day, and we seriously just left him in his pjs too. I loved the snow and slowness, although I did really miss my family. :)

  42. Glad you had a nice Christmas, even if it was low-key. We have been watching tons of TV, including Disney+. We're kind of addicted.
