Beyond The Books- Worst Movie

bbbbbb

This weeks topic: The Worst Movie You Ever Did See, and Why

This could be a lot of movie but I have to go with The Fifth Element by Luc Besson. I thought this was terrible (and not the good kind of terrible) when I saw it, and I still sometimes rank a bad movie by how Fifth Element- ish it is! So yeah...

Wanna see why it sucks? Here's why.

  1. I've seen this one! But I'm honestly not sure what the worst movie I've ever seen is. Bruce has been in some clunkers.

  2. Oh, yes, definitely a horrible movie...I've seen so many bad ones over the years that it's hard to pick just one...I remember snoozing through Chariots of Fire in the 80s...and cringing as I watched The Wicker Man a few years ago.

The honor of bad movie goes to so many...LOL.

It is also hard to pick a favorite movie, but it's more fun. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Yea, this movie was pretty bad. I hated the mixing of comedy, drama, romance, sci-fi, and ridiculous. There was a lot of bad acting in this movie.
Thanks for playing along this week!

  6. Ok, I am sticking up for The Fifth Element!!! I actually really enjoyed it but I enjoyed it as a camp spacey daft sort of film now if we are talking about bad films maybe Pacific Rim should get a mention!!

    1. Heather I agree with you! I really liked The Fifth Element and bought the DVD lol. Chris Tucker was hilarious in this movie and I still laugh hard whenever I see this movie. And also I agree about Pacific Rim!! That was awful. My husband and I grew up on Robotech (a Science Fiction anime series) so we were hoping it would be good. But the bad acting and script ruined it for us.

  7. I saw it ! When it was released, but I don't hold any lasting memory of it, except that the "comic relief" was unwelcome, so it musn't have been great. I think the worst sci-fi movie I ever saw was Mission to Mars (I think), because when it ended and we saw the Martian, the whole threatre burst into laughter - it was so cheesy !

  8. Oh this one was so bad I think I blanked it out! I'm not sure I actually watched it to the end. The only thing I remember about the movie other than I had no clue what was going on was the outfit the girl wore.
