Golden City Vol. 10

Five years later- it's been that long since the disaster. Instead of rebuilding, they have instead built a new city. In orbit. We start off with a private detective- Warren Harlow- arriving to talk to the Banks group. In other news Kamiko has gone missing- why they let a twelve yr old go off on her own is beyond me. 

So what's Harlow up to? He's been looking for Banks- Harrison Banks- who's been missing for 5 years. The council of Golden City hired him, and they're not happy to hear that Banks is helping the downtrodden. They take steps to have him killed. Meanwhile- why did the kids not take steps to hide their cash? And Professor Seed is apparently still up to various shenanigans- she captures the missing Kamiko. 

We check in on Irina Banks as well, who buys the coastline that is up for development so the orphans can continue to live there. Mifa gets her mind wiped by Seed, who's running a clinic that experiments on homeless kids. And we have a happy reunion as Banks returns to the kids after a botched assassination attempt fails to take him out.
