I haven't read the Game Of Thrones series but I have seen the TV show. I hope you get a release date soon, the struggle is real with books being put off and off!
ReplyDeleteI'm forever thinking about when The Winds of Winter will be released. But when we do get it, we know that the next one will be about 7 years away if it ever comes!

My husband read several books in the Martin series. He finally stopped because well...you can probably guess. Don't want to spoil things for others. LOL
ReplyDeleteThe Winds of Winter... I don’t read the series and even I’m aware of the wait for that one. I’d love to hear GRRM make a big announcement that he’s now *starting* to write it. Bahahaha!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited to read Strange New World, because I absolutely love Rachel Vincent and she's one of my go-to favorite authors for sure. Greaet blog by the way, definitely am a new follower. And I've been meaning to finish up The 100. Not enough hours in the day. lol :)

I'm almost refusing to read this series until this book comes out. I watch the series so maybe I'll just be content with that. I watch the TV series "Younger" which centers around a publishing company and they have a GRRM type character which I know is a slam about this series never being finished.

ReplyDeleteUmm,I've never heard of Day of the Triffids but it doesn't sound like it would be good. My first thought whenever I see Strange New World is I really like that cover.

I remember the day that cover for Winds of Winter was revealed, people were freaking out because surely, SURELY, the book can't be far behind now, can it?! Oh how innocent and naive we were :P
