OH I meant to tell you, and this reminds me, that the next two Murderbot books are on Netgalley! I have no idea how their approval preferences work but... figured it was worth a shot, right? I want to read Strange New World too- that comes out kind of soon, yes? And I still need to read the second Becky Chambers book to prepare for the third! Sanctuary looks good too- I need to read that one soon actually! I just looked up Adrift, and that looks really good, I am adding it to my TBR. And the Number One Chinese Restaurant cover, that cracks me up every time ha. Hope that you get to read these soon!
ReplyDeleteCurious about a few of these, might have to go looking around on Goodreads for more info...
ReplyDeleteA lot of these are new to me, but there are some gorgeous covers here!! I'm especially interested in Sanctuary! I hope you get these soon!
ReplyDeleteGreat list, Greg. I agree on most of these. I really want to read the Martha Wells books.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to include it on my own list but 84K is one I'm excited for. I've not read a Martha Wells book yet but they always sound so good so I'll definitely be interested in reading your reviews on these.
ReplyDeleteI got a copy of All Systems Red and am excited to read it! So cool that there are multiple Murderbot titles on the horizon!
ReplyDeleteThis is a great list. I added 3 books to my tbr.
ReplyDeleteWords cannot describe how excited I am for Record of a Spaceborn Few!
ReplyDelete~Mogsy @ BiblioSanctum
I'm excited to read STRANGE NEW WORLD because BRAVE NEW GIRL just started to get good at the end!!!
ReplyDeleteSo many Martha Wells books! I haven't read any of her books yet. I am not that much into sci-fi but I have heard really good things about her.
ReplyDeleteI hope you get to read them soon :)
I have not heard of a single one of these books before. I'll definitely have to check some of them out though, based on their covers alone.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week. - Katie
Girls Night Out is on my TBR as I have another book by Liz Fenton that looks fantastic. I also really want to try Number One Chinese Restaurant!
ReplyDeleteI see you really like Martha Wells! I'm going to check out her books!!
ReplyDeleteYou know, back in 2015, when my husband and I were looking for new digs, I happened to mention to our realtor in conversation one day that I liked SF. (He was into books, too.) His reply shocked me! He said, and I quote, "But women don't read SF!" Ha! The HELL we don't! We even WRITE it. Apparently he's not aware of that. But some folks are STILL back in Neanderthal times.... LOL. So I'm making a point of adding these books to my Goodreads shelves!!
"Strange New World" looks GREAT, too! I've already got the first book in this series on my shelves. Now I'm adding this one!
Thanks!! Live long and prosper, and may the Force be with you!! <3 <3 :) :)
Some of these look very spacey. I need to read a Becky Chambers book ASAP. Everybody raves about them.
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
I can't wait to try 84K after loving The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August. :)
ReplyDeleteQuite a lot of Martha Wells on this list! I can see what author you really enjoy :D I really love the cover to Strange New World as well.
