I want to read this book just for the cover! But I'm afraid it'll be too soap opera-ish. Someone compared it to Grey's Anatomy, which I got really tired of.
Hahahaha I LOVE when a symbolic heart is replaced with a real heart... and here they replace the real heart with a symbolic version of a real heart... so much meaning in that! Great choice!
I love the cover for this! I admit, my bookcover whorish ways would totally have me picking it up based on that alone!
