Great list! Hehe, that's so cool that Stephanie Perkins is doing another story compilation :) And I really want to read Wesley Chu's books. Happy reading!
I haven't heard of "Death Sits Down for Dinner" but anything blurbed by Deanna Raybourn has to be great surely? All of these are going on my TBR though. http://dualreads.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/top-ten-2016-debut-novels-we-are.html
I'm definitely looking forward to Into the Dim & Summer Days and Summer Nights! Some Leigh Bardugo, Veronica Roth, Stephanie Perkins and Cassandra Clare? Yes please!
I just looked at The Lifeboat Clique earlier on GR. It's described as Mean Girls + Life of Pi which sounds rather interesting. Vicarious sounds good too.
Thanks for dropping by. Into the Dim sounds good. I like a good YA adventure. Glad you had a good Thanksgiving. I should have stocked up on chestnuts so we can eat the stuffing more often. Did you buy your Star Wars tickets yet? My husband bought our four two weeks ago; he is all psyched up for the new movie. I don't watch music awards shows anymore but my mum had taped the AMA's; the acapella group, Pentatonix, did a great medley of classic Star Wars music with John Williams and his orchestra.
I have not bought Star Wars tix yet (I'm probably going to wait til the crowds die down- heresy I know!). I'm pretty psyched too although I have a few concerns (certain character beats). I just have to relax, take a deep breath and enjoy it for what it is- and I think it will be pretty good. :)
The Incident on the Bridge sounds awesome. I will have to add that to my list. Also Summer Days and Summer Nights is one I want to get as well. Great list!!!
I am very excited about Tess Arlen's new book. I am glad to see it made your list. I'm loving the cover of The Incident on the Bridge. I hadn't heard of that one before, but it sounds like something I would definitely like. I like the sound of Vicarious and The Charmed Children of Rookskill Castle too. They all sound good really!
The Incident on the bridge might be my top one I'm looking forward to, but Tessa Arlen's book should be quite good too, given how I liked the first one.
I haven't seen The Charmed Children of Rookskill Castle but it definitely looks like a book I must have. The Tessa Arlen book and The Incident on the Bridge are on my TBR and look great!
"Lifeboat Clique" looks really cute though I don't have a clue what it's about (I read about it once upon a time and have since forgotten). Also, I cannot wait for the summer novella collection. The Christmas one was such a fun read. :)
I'm definitely looking forward to Into the Dim too!! And sooo many others I hadn't even heard of yet. *dashes for goodreads* Thanks for stopping by @ Paper Fury!
I am VERY excited about most of these! Into the Dim for sure, Lifeboat Clique, Vicarious, The Incident on the Bridge, and Summer Days and Summer Nights! I loved MTLGTM, and somehow the cover for this one is even MORE adorable. And the authors are just as epic! Hopefully you enjoy all of these! Fabulous list! Shannon @ It Starts At Midnight

Me too, I'm especially curious what Veronica Roth will come up with.

ReplyDeleteThat does sound interesting, while I'm not sure about the set up (tsunami sweeps them out to sea) it does sound fun. Mean Girls on a boat? I'm in. :)
DeleteI have a couple of these books on my list, too. And I'm going to check out some of the other books, too, Greg! The Lifeboat Clique looks good!
ReplyDeleteI think so too, I'm really looking forward to that one.
DeleteInto the Dim made my list too. And the other books are new to me, thanks for sharing.
