Re...If I loved it enough to re-read it, I keep it. Re-readability is the test; my bookcases are pretty full already (and I have a lot of bookcases), so I'm only willing to give a book shelf space if I love it. If I I decide not to keep it, I usually donate it to the Friends of the Library booksale.

Ebooks I handle differently. Because they don't take up any "real" space, I can keep them even if I'm not sure I'll re-read them. But I do delete any that were horrible. That usually only happens if it was a freebie and badly edited. The ones I keep don't stay in my e-reader unless I loved them; instead, I store them in my Calibre library.Lark @ The Bookwyrm's Hoardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08639732368395025578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3952534890282357396.post-45221310727133210262013-07-27T19:24:08.518-07:002013-07-27T19:24:08.518-07:00I've never thrown a book away. If I really hated it, I might stand over the trash bin with it in my hand trembling for a minute or two . . . but then I would crack and find a donation bin to put it in.
