They were trapped miles beneath the sea and by people who couldn't exist....

  1. All of these types of covers that you share remind me of books that my older sister likes to read. I've never even heard of or seen these books in real life. Yet, the style of cover is unmistakable.

  5. Intriguing...
I just read this fabulous 1968 scifi, The Ice People, by Barjavel. Also people who couldn't have existed, and found under lots of ice, in Antarctica

  10. That's a very cool cover. :) I like the fish in it. I'm also wondering how Atlantis attacks. ;)

  15. Ha. Taglines!! Do books still come with them? That is actually a really clever idea for a library class!

  16. The trapped miles beneath the sea makes me feel claustrophobic just reading the line! I should read more Atlantis stories.

  17. What happened to my comment? Oh, making up for holidays and such..it feels like it should be Friday already. Hope you are having some good reading weather. Or maybe just good sleeping weather. I don't know why, I am thinking of the time I watched an underwater show at an underwater theater. It did have a calming affect. I am afraid if I was one of these guys among the horror of the deep sea I would be to calm to do anything.
