  5. Chaotic Good sounds like it could be a fun read! To answer the question... I'm not entirely sure what I would do in the five days before an asteroid hits. Maybe trying to prepare as best as I can, if a thing like that is even possible and hope for the best. lol

  6. I like the look of Chaotic Good!!! Aw love The Breakfast Club.

  7. Chaotic Good sounds really good. I do love cosplay, though I don't do it myself, but it is definitely what attracted me to this novel too. :)

  8. Interesting cover...I remember those cardboard cut out dolls and the clothes you could swap onto it. Hard to answer the question without specifics so I can't really say for sure.

  9. Chaotic Good has a great cover! Breakfast Club - one of my favorite movies. Have no idea about the days before an asteroid - maybe spending time with family? Reading?

  10. Chaotic Good sounds pretty interesting. Gonna have to look into it further. I would spend my five days playing with my pups, spending time with my husband and let's be honest, probably drinking. I have The Wolves of Winter on hold at the library (if they EVER process it) so I'm interested on your thoughts.

  11. I would definitely spend those five days coming up with a way to survive, finding a bunker (yeah right!) or something similar. And I'll grab as many dogs as I can to survive with me (and the kids and hubs, I guess😉)

  12. lol... I love the idea that dungeon trolls are easier to get rid of than the online variety:)).

  15. I would gather round my loved ones, fill myself with chocolate and pizza and cheesecake and watch/read all of my favorite things after buttoning up the house, of course :)

  16. So much to love in this post. To answer your question, I would gather my loved ones and make the most of the time we have left.

  18. That tagline has me interested too! I hope you get a chance to read Chaotic Good. I hope you are enjoying The Wolves of Winter. I haven't heard too much about that one.

I think I would try to prepare as best I could and keep my family close. Or, more realistically, I'd be a mess and in a panic the entire time. LOL

  20. Love the cover for Chaotic Good. And that tagline! So catchy! I'd probably spend my five days completely useless and in a state of sheer panic, lol.

  21. I'm really wanting to read The Wolves of Winter as well! That cover and then the fact that it is a dystopian setting have me sold on it :)

  22. The Chaotic Good sounds fun. As far as your question is concerned, I would spend as much time with my family as possible. AND, if possible, I'd try to go somewhere I've always wanted to go like Japan. That is if planes weren't grounded.

  23. The first one is on my TBR as well. The others look interesting as well. Hope you get them soon!

  25. Hmm, for the question - probably spend the time with family, prepare as best we can. We're on the East Coast and relatively close to the ocean so maybe try and pack all our supplies and head to higher ground to find shelter. If the impact doesn't immediately wipe everything out, definitely don't want to be in the path of the tusnami and rising waters!

  26. Well crap, that is a hard question. Do we know for sure we're dead? Because that does make some difference. If I don't know for sure, I am probably going to try to get supplies, fortify security, that sort of thing. Go to the liquor store I suppose, for either outcome. Actually I think if I knew I was a goner, I'd have to spend most of the time drunk so I wasn't at an all-out panic level?

LOVE the tagline for Chaotic Good. The cover is cute in general, really. I definitely need to read The Wolves of Winter, too! Hahha the Breakfast Club clip again, still funny :D

  27. That's a whopper of a question Greg.... I honestly don't know what I would do. Maybe call everyone and tell them how I feel. Spend time with the family. Grab supplies and pack up and drive to our cottage and sit things out.

Now on to your books - Chaotic Goods has an awesome tagline and cover. Definitely need to look into that one.
The Wolves Of Winter - This one sounds good as well, hope you'll be reviewing it soon!

  28. GREAT CWW pick, Greg!! I LOVE cosplay!! I wish I could go to conventions, but don't have a chance to do so.... :( That cover is cute, too. It reminds me of how I used to play with paper dolls and switch clothes on them when I was a kid. Lol. I've already added this book to my Goodreads shelves. Thanks for featuring it!! :) :)

As for your question, here's what I would do with my 5 days: I would send a telepathic message to Mr. Spock, so he could request Federation clearance for the Enterprise to make a trip back in time. Then I could be beamed aboard the ship. Of course, I would make myself useful in the 23rd century! I would join Starfleet Academy.

Live long and prosper! And keep the GREAT music coming!! Thanks for commenting on my CWW post!! <3 :)

  29. Chaotic Good sounds fun!

I guess the world would be in chaos and nothing I would like to do would be accessible maybe so there wouldn't be much to do so I guess I would just hang back and hope that it was a false alarm.

  30. I love the cover for The Wolves of Winter and Chaotic Good sounds intriguing! I'm not sure what I'd do if there only 5 days left. Maybe barricade the door and just spend time with my family. I'm not very exciting!

  31. I am SO excited for Chaotic Good!! I was part of a D&D campaign before I moved to my current town and I miss it SO much.

Like I'm sure tons of people, I'd probably just spend it hanging out with my family. Binge 5 seasons of 24 maybe hahaha.

  32. That IS a great tagline, and sadly accurate. I hope you enjoy this one.

  33. Chaotic Good is a must buy for me. I loved Gardner's first book so I need to get my hands on that. Also, the cover is so pretty!

  34. I love that cover for Chaotic Good. And to answer your question, I would probably spend my time with my kids and fiance (and my dog) and trying to read as many books as I can within that time. LOL!
