Teaser Tuesday

To participate you grab your current read, open to a random page and share (2) teaser sentences from somewhere on that page. BE CAREFUL NOT TO INLUDE SPOILERS (Make sure what you share doesn't give too much away. You don't want to ruin the book for others). Share the title and author

Cath didn't have any English classes this semester, and she was thinking about changing her major.

If you study something that nobody cares about, does that mean everyone will leave you alone?

    1. I'm not very far into it yet, but so far I'm really liking it. I actually didn't think it was out yet but saw it at the bookstore and snatched it up!

  3. The End of Night sounds interesting. I know that on the few occasions I am in the 'middle of nowhere' I am amazed at all the stars!

    1. Thank you for visiting. I think that's true in a lot of cat households. :)

  5. It is so true when you leave the lights of the city you can really "see" the stars. Enjoy the book. Fangirl is on my TBR list.

    1. Thanks Naomi! Yeah Fangirl is full of good quotes, I'll be quoting that book all over the place probably. It's pretty funny...

  7. Great teasers for both of these books! It is interesting that the more we as a species rely on artificial light, the more we lose sight of just how magnificent a starry night can be. Having lived in cities most of my life, I was so amazed and awed by the night sky when I finally moved out to the country and didn't have any artificial light around me. And seeing the starry skies over a desert is something that one can never forget!

Thanks for stopping by my teaser!

    1. Thanks, totally agree! Thats actually the point he makes in the book we lose something when we forget what the sky really looks like. And there's nothing like a truly starry night.
